The Cordova Walking Tour, a program that offers a unique historical experience, will commence at the Cordova Historical Harbor. A dedicated Cordova Historical Society staff member will greet the tour group at the harbor and lead them through downtown Cordova, delving into the city’s rich history, Indigenous heritage, founding, the railway’s role, and the significance of its historic buildings. With stops at the Ilanka Cultural Center and historic Pioneer Igloo meeting hall, the tour ends at the Cordova Historical Museum, providing insight into Cordova’s past.
